Boys' Lacrosse Comes Up Short Against Peddie

Mercersburg fell to visiting Peddie 13-9 in their final regular season boys' lacrosse game May 10.

The Falcons led 7-3 at half and 12-6 after three quarters before the Storm won the fourth period to cut the final margin back to four. Will Donovan '25 had a big offensive game with five goals and an assist while Frank Bonsal '25 found the net three times. Dylan Ridgway '26 scored the other goal and added two assists while Will Lavan '27 also contributed two assists. Taimur Rehman '25 stopped seven shots in goal.

"We took a positive stride in the clearing game, which has been a struggle for us all year, however we needed more composure in important parts of the game" said head coach Tim Kerr. "Credit goes to Peddie for taking advantage of their opportunities."

The Storm ends its season with a record of 5-6 and will host AIM Academy (Conshohocken, PA) in the first round of the Commonwealth Cup division of the PAISAA state tournament on Tuesday, May 13 at 4 pm.
