For the second straight day, the boys' varsity tennis cruised to a 7-0 victory April 24, this time over the visitors from Washington high school (Charles Town, WV).

The teams played a single set format, needing to win eight games to win each match. All six Mercersburg singles players came out on top including #1 Max Zhang '26, #2 Simon Brennan '26, #3 Michael Zhang '26, #4 Matthew Brennan '28, #5 Philipp Hoyer '26, and #6 Dylan Melius '27. The Storm took the doubles point also by winning two of the three contests. Max Zhang and Simon Brennan were victorious at #1 doubles while Hoyer and Khanh Nguyen '25 won the #3 match. 

Mercersburg will try to make it three in a row when they travel to Saltsburg, PA to battle Kiski School on Wednesday, April 30 at 4 pm.
