Two members of the Mercersburg wrestling squad competed in the girls' portion of the Beast of the East Wrestling Tournament at the University of Delaware (Newark, DE) December 20.

Marlo Williams '25 won two matches in a tough draw and was just one win away from making the top eight. Williams put in a solid effort against the #1 wrestler in the nation in her weight class. Cocona Yamamoto '25 also wrestled well taking one victory and giving a strong showing against the nation's #4 wrestler in her division.

The boys' will have their chance to wrestle on Saturday and Sunday, December 21 and 22.
