The softball team travelled to Pottstown, PA March 29 and defeated Hill School 13-6 and 10-8 to complete a Mid-Atlantic Prep League doubleheader sweep.

Peyton Appenzellar '28 pitched all fourteen innings for the Storm and also went five-for-nine with five RBI at the plate. Adi Rinker '27 had four hits and scored five times in the two contests while Peyton Pixler '28 drove in four runs in game one. Mercersburg led all the way in the first game, but had to come from behind twice in game two, scoring four runs in the fourth to achieve the final 10-8 margin of victory. Jaz Garnett '27 hit a big two-run double during that rally to put the Storm on top for good.

Now 2-1 overall and 2-0 in the MAPL, the Storm will host Perkiomen (Pennsburg, PA) on Tuesday, April 1 at 4 pm.
