Mercersburg and Blair each won one game in their softball doubleheader April 23 with the host Bucs taking game two 6-4 after the Storm won the first game 7-4.

Jaz Garnett '27 had two doubles and three RBI in the game one victory as Mercersburg pounded out fourteen total hits. Emily Guzic '28, Adi RInker '27, Kam Jenkins '26, Stevie Keck '26, and Peyton Appenzellar '28 also collected two hits each in the first game with Jenkins scoring three of the Storm's seven runs. Guzic was the only repeat hitter in the second contest while Appenzellar went the distance on the mound in both games.

Now 6-6 overall (3-3 in the MAPL), Mercersburg plays at James Buchanan High School on Friday, April 25 at 4:15 pm.
