Mercersburg fell to host Trinity Christian School (Fairfax, VA) 12-11 in a hard-fought girls' varsity lacrosse game April 10.

Sammi Chepren '27 and Jocelyn Schweitzer '28 scored three goals each with Chepren also adding an assist. Sarah Howley '26 scored twice and had one assist while Chloe Allis '25 pulled off the inverse, scoring once with two assists. Lexi Chepren '26 and Hadley Frey '26 scored one goal each. Lilah Weisberg '25 (three saves) and Piper Mathias '26 (four saves) once again split time in goal.

Head coach Kristin Ahlgren said, "It was a good game and a good effort all around, but a sad ending."

The Storm is now 1-5 with a home game against Saint James on Tuesday, April 15 at 5 pm.
