Wrestlers Third at Holloway
Mercersburg took third place (out of sixteen) as a team in this year's Admiral Holloway Wrestling Tournament, hosted by St. James School December 7.
Gavin Boyd '27 won the boys' championship in the 175 pound weight class while Will Lavan '27 (126), Ethan Shirk '27 (138) and Brayden Pearson '27 (190) took second. Nick Rosenberry '28 finished third at 120. In the girls' division, Marlo Williams '25 won the title at 152 with Cocona Yamamoto '25 taking second at 126. Michelle Zhang '28 (120) and Lucy Barker '28 (144) each placed third.
The Storm hosts the Mercersburg Duals on Saturday, December 14, beginning at 10 am.
